L1 round, they asked about javascript topics and react like related to optimization techniques, unit testing some coding question to perform changes based on improving code, css media query. asked cicd, react fibre, virtual dom, hydration

Person who interviewed sitting in inner wear in video call, he don't any knowledge on JavaScript and react latest, more than that he is still using var, man i glad I'm not selected, they even didn't care to send any rejection Mail.
I applied through a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process took 2 weeks.
The technical interview only resolved around scrum and agile methodologies and not about React or even JavaScript.
I was looking forward to testing my React.js, CSS and JS skills. The call lasted for about 2 hours.
