Interview
Poor interview experience: they value theoretical knowledge of ISTQB terms over practical knowledge and ability to think systematically and in a proper manner. The interview lasted for 2h during which there were only 2 practical tasks: simple SQL query and test scenarios for search functionality of an e-commerce website.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Nov 2024
Interview
It was an urgent requirement, so 2 rounds one with HR and the other one with technical which lasted for 1 and a half hour
I was not selected, but maybe some other candidates got the offer.

Question 1
All related to the project, Agile Process, Scenarios based questions,
Questions related to API testing, and some basic questions related to SQL.
It was a neutral experience, one year fixed contract was being offered by the company due to current COVID conditions and this was negotiable as per the feedback from the interview panel.
Coding questions were asked for a manual job , heads up prepare for basic programs , if applying !

Basics of testing starting from test scenarios to test planning , estimation , various deliverables occurring at every testing phase etc , database related questions ranging from select statement to joins with live coding of the sql queries followed by API testing questions from different methods utilised to how to find out where to look for api’s being used
