They were very transparent with me during the process, unfortunately I got a job offer before the last interview. -First a pre-screening interview with recruiter about myself and experience (around 20 minutes) -Second technical interview, it was very smooth and professional, I am grateful with the guy interviewed me, he was very human, polite and expert in technical topics, all arround .NET, C#, developing principles, desing patterns, threads/tasks, real world problems, SQL and so on. It took arround 1.5 hours. -Third round manager interview, it was very great as well, behavioral questions, organization and soft skills for around 30 minutes. Last EPAM interview that they call Project Interview with 2 Ukrainian guys, it took 2 weeks to schedule it. I felt more serious interview, hard questions about multithreading, tricky problems related with heap memory and stack. arround 1.5 hours. Three days after this interview a received a feedback to continue with the process but I had already accepted another Job Offer. In general a great experience, definitely I am considering try again in a future, but only I felt it was too much time in the process.
