Interview
Applied online through email referral. Got a call from HR within 2 hours. Arrogant voice, no sign of cooperation over the call, presented a new question before even finishing the previous's answer, and then came the final question - "What is Epam Systems"?
My answer: "A market leader in software solution services".
HR: "Of course, it's either a product-based or service-based company, what else?"
Me: "I am unable to understand what you are expecting as an answer."
HR: "Alright, if your profile gets selected you will get a call from us."
He literally hung up before even I could say "Thank you for your time".

There were 2 Technical round then manager round and finally Bartender round . After that there was a HR discussion for the salary . Finally got the rejection mail from the company

Interview
The process was smooth, once you are referred within 2-3 days your general interview is scheduled and after that Technical > Managerial > HR round. However even though your they most probably will judge you on your notice period time and give result on that basis. So it doesn’t matter if your technical round and managerial round goes good they will still reject you.
