Interview
HR Reached out to me through Linkedin. First there was a HR round in which basically she talked about company policy, work life, projects etc and took my introduction as well. Then there was 2 hour Python core technical round. He asked about how python works, OOPs concepts, decorators. Program to find the longest unique substring in a given string, database internals, database optimization, joins etc. Overall a good interview
It was a good experience only basic questions were asked they covered Selenium, python therory and coding , pytest, APi automation concepts
interviewer is good and polite but package they offered only 30 % hike

Interview
1st round Interview was scheduled for 1 hour duration. Interviewer told he was team lead. He mostly focused on Coding questions rather than theory. Practice more python programs on Lists, tuples, dictionaries, sorting, string operations. Interview will not be impossible, if you prepare well. Question Difficulty level will be based on your previous answers.
