Hr Interview, followed by a very, very demanding technical interview. First, we talked about basic principles, state management, then we dove into Flutter under the hood, how it works, engine, and questions in Dart. In the end, live coding a simple task, 15min.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2023

Interview process start with HR calling me in Jan 2023 for flutter role at gurgaon, india location. HR tell me there are only two technical round. Both rounds were 1 hour long with average questions. first interviewee was very nice person. second was reluctant from start before even asking a question looked like he did not want me there. still interview goes well and we had a good discussion. after that round is also clear. HR mailed me to share documents. I shared them. Get a call from hr next day that i need to do a Manager round also. after the round HR inform me that manager feedback is positive. Now next day HR tell me that he will share the offer letter with me, i do not get offer letter that day. Next day i call him he says something shocking. He says position i am giving interview for is already filled last week, it doesn't make sense. I tell him why you conducted 2 rounds if position was not there,after that he ignore my question. and i cut the call. He calls me again same day saying they are trying to create a job but i need to choose either bangalore or hyderabad. which i am not comfortable with . I ask him to give pune and he just keep lying that he needs approval. Seriously there is some kind of discrimination in india for employee selection. Dont understand what but something is there. My respect for small companies and indian mncs' is increased after this. even small indian companies behave better than this. Did not expect this from american mnc. maybe company should change their indian management because it is not upto the mark. Clearing interviews means nothing for this company. Even after you clear interview process percentage of getting offer is 50% or less. They are running it like a lala company.
