ERP Force India interview questions

The interview process started with an HR round focusing on communication skills, salary structure, and training process. This was followed by a technical round covering Salesforce Admin, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Overall, the process was structured and professional.

Fraud Company! Stay Away! I applied for a job here and was given five assignments over 17 days. After each task, they held video meetings to review my work and suggest changes. Once I finished all the assignments, they conducted a developer interview, where I answered all their questions and wrote the correct trigger they asked for. But after that, they completely stopped responding. I spent my after-office hours working on these tasks, only to realize it was all a waste of time. This has happened to four other candidates from my company. It seems like they never planned to hire anyone and were just conducting long, fake evaluations. 🚨 Do not waste your time interviewing with this company! 🚨
