I applied online. I interviewed at ESS (East Brunswick, NJ) in Feb 2012
Interview
I applied online at source4teachers.com. Soon after I was contacted by human resources and was given an appointment for an interview at their east Brunswick location. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was brought into a room with several other people who had also applied. The interview was basically an orientation to the company and the job of a substitute teacher.
This is based on my own personal experience. There wasn't a formal interview process. The only time I spoke to someone face-to-face was during a video onboarding meeting, which they scheduled via email after my application and background check were completed.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESS (Butler, PA)
Interview
The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.
