I applied online. I interviewed at ESS (Folkston, GA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Filled out application online and spoke with personnel via phone. Attended workshop. Had background check and submitted letters of recommendation. My qualifications for the job were high for a substitute teachers. Having taught math and science for 30 years made me a good candidate for the job.
This is based on my own personal experience. There wasn't a formal interview process. The only time I spoke to someone face-to-face was during a video onboarding meeting, which they scheduled via email after my application and background check were completed.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ESS (Butler, PA)
Interview
The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.
