I had been invited to attend the interview by both the hiring manager and HR Rep. At the beginning, it was a little bit strange because when I arrived, there was nobody there. The hiring manager was a little late and didn't know I had been waiting. When I met the person that would interview me, he explained there would another person (Executive Director) present. There were no "typical" questions, which was good, no trick or surprise questions to answer. They only gave me about half an hour to talk about my skills and to "sell myself". Then, there was another interview, this one at the HR headquarters, which they call Strategic Workforce Solutions or something preposterous like that. The atmosphere was very convivial and positive, I had a good feeling about the whole experience.
