The interview process is based on multiple-choice tests to assess statistical, programming, and modeling skills, as well as HR interviews, a take-home assignment, and additional interviews. Overall, it is very well structured and seems to effectively evaluate the candidate’s level without any part wasting much time.

Scam job by this scam company! It was 3 rounds in total. First round with a recruiter. Second round with the Product Director and CTO. Ok round to be honest but none of them are in sales so the questions were MOSTLY technical which doesn't make any sense since this is a sales role. Final round with the founder and CEO Benjamin Fonze. Again a very technical interview which didn't make any sense at all.
After that the recruiter asked what my salary expectations were. He then came back a week later to tell me they couldn't afford it but if I would be flexible with the salary they could give me an offer. After that there was silence and everytime I reached out to him he made up an excuse such as "we haven't agreed on a package internally yet", "the CEO is not responding to me", "the CEO is celebrating Christmas still (end of January)" etc while they in reality were interviewing more candidates. The process has now reached more than 5 months and still no clear rejection or offer and just countless excuses or none replies.
they have taken down the job ad from Linkedin but it's still there under Exoclick career website but now under Porto, Portugal. Clearly it's just a scam and they are just gathering information about the market.
Very dishonest and unethical company but that's not surprising considering the CEO's background and that the business is in the adult industry.
