Eagle Aviation Academy interview questions

The interview process consisted of a Resume Review only. There does not seem to be any background or references checks. The offer was extended verbally only. The owner does not like written agreements. He also does not seem to like salary negotiations. It was not easy to get him to commit to a written offer of employment.
