Eagle Market Makers interview questions

Asked about my previous projects, and the biggest challenges of it and how i solved it. Then Asked about some OOP questions and networking related questions. Then we went on to do a coding challenge. I feel like they were never going to get back to me on their decision if I didnt email them about it, it took a long time to hear back from them.

Had a friend working at the company and basically was offered the job solely on his recommendation. Walked in and had a 5 minute interview with the boss. Very old-school hiring process. The firm cares more about your name and references than prior academic work. A firm handshake and I was offered the job.
