Eastern State Hospital (Williamsburg) interview questions

I attended a job fair over at Eastern State. They were looking to hire psychiatric techs, CNA’s, LPN’s, and RNs. I waited about 1.5 hours to be interviewed which took about 15 minutes. Interview questions were pretty standard. Afterwards, I was escorted into a room with other interviewees to wait for the HR director to speak to me. At that meeting I was told that I was hired, given a salary officer, and told when my orientation would be. Next I was escorted into another room for drug testing and fingerprinting. I was hired with no experience in the field whatsoever. I do not start until January so I cannot provide a review of the work but I was told that the work of a psych tech matches that of a cna
