EasyITGuys interview questions

As soon as I applied, they asked for a video screening with a special phone app. This is a one-way interview filled with questions that can be answered by the resume and one 'fun' question involving a penguin with a sombrero. Given they're looking to shoehorn sales into IT work AND the video screening is bad, I would not recommend. I've done two of their screenings so far and heard nothing back, but with it being a sales job in an IT job's clothing it's probably not for anyone really.
