The interview process was well paced and organized and had the main stakeholders of the company involved. The questions were pertinent and straightforward and the conversation direct and honest. There were 2 main interviews followed by a quick interview with a different team representative. The process was quick and everyone replied to my emails in a timely manner.

I saw and opening and send my CV. I was contacted by a recruiter by e-mail to decide upon a phone interview. The phone interview didn't happen and, after 15 mins of waiting, I received a mail saying that the recruiter had had an issue and we scheduled it for the following day. The phone interview was generic and ended when I told the recruiter I was not a recognised tourist guide and I was not born in Italy. The recruiter kept asking me if I had at least one parent who was Italian. I found this very annoying, as I have been living and studying in my city for over 15 years.
