The interview process was professional and well-structured. I met with members of the hiring team who asked about my technical background, past projects, and interest in the role. They also provided insight into the team’s work, expectations, and company culture, creating a positive and welcoming experience.

There are three stages in total, the first stage is a phone screening interview with a HR representative in which they ask you about your qualifications to deem whether you fit the role. Next there is a phone screening with the hiring manager where they ask you slightly technical questions and give you a more in depth overview of the job. And lastly there is a panel interview.

I applied for the Power systems engineer role at Eaton. I went through 4 different interview rounds and within a month they called back with an offer. Staff are nice and knowledgeable.
