There are three stages in total, the first stage is a phone screening interview with a HR representative in which they ask you about your qualifications to deem whether you fit the role. Next there is a phone screening with the hiring manager where they ask you slightly technical questions and give you a more in depth overview of the job. And lastly there is a panel interview.
