Phone Interview followed by a whole day assessment centre. then psychometric tests. then a final interview. Each stage was conducted by a different personnel with only HR lady being constant. Assessment centre composed of presentation of a business case study followed by a technical assessment, There was also a 3 minute speech and an ethical case study presentation.

General manner , It was a phone call interview . She was asking me general questions related with my current responsibilities and job requirement and they wanted to see similarities in my CV. HR was very ok and they really interested in my CV. They later informed me about the result of my application
