Echelon Insights interview questions

The initial interview was with the director, the second interview was with the founding partners. Very personable people. Seemed to be looking for a fit of personalities more than the "right" qualifications.

Interview was carried out on Zoom. It was said to be 30 to 45 minutes, but the real duration was at will. The style of the interview was sort of casual but informative. The interviewer has a long list questions, of which they may ask but don't necessarily expect detailed answers to. Interviewee gets to ask a lot of questions too, ranging from job specifics to company cultures.
