Then I needed to do several asessments.
In the final phase I had an interview with the regional sales manager.

It was good.. around one hour. Technical and personnal questions. I had 3 meetings. The first one with my direct superior, the second one with the manager and the last one with the district manager

Quite straightforward and easy. Don't need much preparation. Just speak honestly But must be willing to work on site in a customer facing role. Career path is shared during interview.
