I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was long and thorough. After I applied it was about a day before I received an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The soonest phone interview I could schedule was a week out. After the first interview I was invited for a second interview over Microsoft teams. That interview was a week ahead as well. After that interview it was about 3 days till I received an email stating they’d like to extend an offer. After accepting the offer I needed to complete a background check and a UA. The background check took a week and the UA took a day. After completing all of that my manager gave me an option for start dates. All in all from start to finish it took about a month. Well worth it!
