Economic Security Project interview questions

I was prepped by the recruiter but in reality interviewers focused on different topics, with additional people present. I was asked to prepare work products on short notice, with the promise of being paid for my labor, then received absolutely no communication about payment. Lots of lags throughout and no notification when they changed their timeline or completed the search. Tone was really hot and cold. Overall, hard to tell if this was a result of the org being messy or an actual disregard for applicants.

Initial phone screening, two video interviews, including one with hiring manager and another with a panel, and a paid writing assessment. I followed up multiple times with their recruiter, but did not receive a response. They are a relatively new organization, but all that effort for no response felt like a waste of time.
