There was a short call from the team manager, describing day to day responsibilities and understanding whether I had to ability and qualifications to carry them out. The manager then spoke about preferences and whether I will be able to adapt to the job environment

it was medium paced, they asked me about my background then about my area of interest
then they asked question from basic accounting, i.e. from Balance sheet, INCOME STATEMENT AND CASH FLOW

Application form which took around 20 minutes to fill in details on work experience and educational background. Short Telephone interview of around 20 minutes where you had to explain motivations for the role and answer some basic competency questions.

What is your best quality and give a time when this was useful in a project setting.
The hiring process was quite smooth and interesting. They tested my creativity as I was to join the marketing team. The interviewer was understanding as it was my first ever internship interview. Communication with the HR team was also smooth.
