Interview
The first 2 steps were phone interviews. HR called and did an initial meet and greet type interview and arranged a phone call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager called and explained the role then grilled me for a while. He then scheduled a team interview. At the team interview, everyone grilled me.

One example question that changed the mood of the team interview and made things more relaxed was "If you run into an issue and you do not know how to resolve it or what to do next, where would you go?"
