I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Edztek IT Solutions (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2012

There are three mode of interview 1. Aptitude 2. Skills 3. Final screening Aptitude was quite tough because we do never interact with these things and it get dull with time interval. SO i had to work hard to clear the aptitude process.
