The interviewer starts by saying there is a lot of people to interview. yeah sure, puts an interview late in the evening. only one showed up and the other was late when there was 3 person on the roster. No respect at all for the candidate, so good luck for those who apply for a place in this company. Night time on a friday evening still interviewing people, shows bad work culture. when they tell me they need 2-3 rounds of interviews, I'm literally eye-rolling in my mind.
