Egypt Independent interview questions

The interview process was a bit chaotic. You enter the newsroom and have to kind of flag down your point person. I interviewed with another copyeditor, not the editor in chief. The interview itself was mainly about the job requirements and it seemed quite disorganized... overall, a bizarre experience. I then had to undergo an editing test.
