The interview was scheduled for 30 mins but at the beginning of the call I was rudely interrupted to say we don’t have much time and it will be only 15 mins. The call was conducted by someone else (not the person I was told it will be) - there was no introduction or engagement from the person who conducted interview and no space for me to ask questions! If their website didn’t have photos of their employees I would have no idea who I had the interview with. There was also a strong focus on recruitment and headhunting experience so not sure why they advertise the role as a HR role if they didn’t even touch other bits. Seeing how the interview was run they definitely need a HR to ensure that they are done professionally, inclusive and the advert doesn’t sound like it was written 30 years ago.
