The interview process was quick, the first interview was online and the second was on-site. The second interview is doing a case together. The vibe was a bit pushy and one interviewer was disrespectful (pulling out the phone and starting typing while the interview was not done yet). The company is tiny with around 15 people.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ekster in Mar 2023
Interview
My experience with the company during the interview process was not as positive as I hoped. While the interviewer was nice and helped shake off my nervousness, the company's unprofessionalism left me disappointed. I had made an effort to accommodate their schedule (they give you a time to accept or decline and not a time frame that you can select according to your availability) and despite undergoing personal changes in my life and having a tight schedule, I managed to still attend every meeting. Despite having four interviews, I was informed that they have decided to close the position, like what? After having 4 interviews I would have preferred them to say they went for another candidate instead of that not serious at all. Why would you open a position that you’re not so sure of and schedule four Interviews with someone? To add to my disappointment, I discovered that the company had opened two other similar roles a week later, and they had not contacted me back which confirmed that they were not saying the truth about the position being closed. Additionally, during the interviews, I had responded to all questions, completed a study case, and even provided my expected salary. However, the company never disclosed the compensation package they were offering, which is a crucial aspect of any job application process. Furthermore, during my last interview, I was asked an odd question about my family's origin and if they were from the country I was applying from which sounded a little bit racist and out of place. Despite my response, the interviewer persisted with the question, which had never happened in my entire life, In hindsight, I should have seen the red flags and avoided this company from the get-go.
