first you get screened by HR via phone call. Then you come in to the restaurant for an in person interview with the bar manager. Basic questions are asked like why do you want to work here, etc.

Brief process, GM was super friendly and ran the interview like a conversation instead of spitting cold questions at you, was more interested in seeing personality to determine fit with staff and guests

Had to stage after wards to prove that I was better and to judge for my better pay
