El Jen Medical Hospital interview questions

I walked into the HR office and inquired about a position in the newspaper. She asked when I could work and I said "Any shift." Then she gave me a giant package of new hire paperwork to fill out. A second woman came in while I was filling out paperwork and was turned away because I had just been hired. The position appears to have been first come first served.
