I applied online. I interviewed at Elagoon Business Solutions (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a brilliant experience in the HR round where I faced quite practical questions for the post I would be designated for. I was very much excited and tensed at the same time as it was first experience sitting for an HR round. Moreover enjoyed the experience thoroughly.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Elagoon Business Solutions (Calcutta) in Aug 2017
Interview
Completely unprofessional people, they don't have a good technical team even to take an interview of a person having around 4 years exp.
Asking high school java programs to person having exp. person, instead od smthng sensible
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elagoon Business Solutions (Calcutta) in Apr 2017
Interview
I reached for the interview at 6:50 PM (I was asked to reach by 3:30PM to 7:30 PM by the HR). 1 min of HR round & 1 form fill up. Then wait until 8:30 PM. One round of discussion happened & I was asked to wait as Sr Manager 'would definitely like to talk to me'. So I waited further. After waiting for another 15 mins Sr Manager came. I was sitting alone in the reception till 9:15 PM. Then the discussion was more on the shift timings - AU shift 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM & currently the requirement is in USA shift - 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Then he told me, in case you have a call at 11:30 PM, you can not avail the cab, either I need to go home my OLA/UBER or wait until next morning 4:30 AM, when again office cabs are available. Knowing I am a married woman, he insisted to confirm me the shift timings I am comfortable with. The whole process ended around 9:45 PM.
Now, if the requirement is only for USA shift & a 7.5 yrs experienced candidate is being asked to attend the interview for Project Manager post - should the HR not confirm the same over the initial telephonic discussion only? Especially when she knows, she is speaking to a married women?
I reached home at 10:30 PM at night. My whole evening is wasted for the mis-communication.
And yes, whatever all other reviews you guys read about mobile usage & all - yes they are true!
So, just be careful guys. In case you are called for the interview, make sure you know their shif timings & all.
