was a fairly casual call and felt more like a conversation rather than formal meeting. were some periods of no contact but overall seemed enthusiastic about candidates that show interest in their mission and culture.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Electroimpact (Mukilteo, WA) in Mar 2013
Interview
IT was very straightforward. I talked to 4 different engineers who had been around for a while, and they just asked me very superficial questions based on my resume to get a feeling for me as a person. Then I answered some technical questions pertaining to forward/reverse kinematics matrices, and that was it! The president was out of town, so I didn't do an interview with him, but typically he speaks to all candidates.

Question 1
