Interview
Hiring manager told me I would be interviewed by her and a Senior underwriter. I did take a half day off. However, after she interviewed me, I didn't get a chance to meet with Sr. Underwriter. I did ask her when I'll hear from her. She just told me it's a long process and they didn't know who they want to hire. It seems it's odd when a manager doesn't know what level of underwriter the company plans to hire. if the manager wants someone with experience in that area, she should not even have the interview.

I was referred by an employee and applied online. A phone interview was set up 2 weeks later. The questions were your typical interview questions but nothing too difficult.
