First Call - Talent acquisition basic skills and experience screening. Recruiter contacted me via e-mail and set up a time for preliminary screening.
Second Call - Interview with senior team members. Technical skills and knowledge. Questions were specific to knowledge needed to perform daily duties.
Third Call - Interview with manager. Overview of Information Security. Work environment preferences. Personality assessment.
1st round was a phone interview and recruiter was impressed and wanted to move forward and scheduled the interviews. Later, received an automated meeting cancellation email without a single email. Very bad
