It began with recruiting, the process included conversations with hiring leader, co-workers and partners. I found the engagement with the recruiter to be uninspiring, they provided no insight or background on the company, they did not sound excited about the opportunity, etc. They did nothing to sell me on becoming a part of the organization. In other conversations their culture was discussed at length, about how they wanted a transparent, non-political, inspiring culture and I just didn't see or feel that come through in my discussions throughout the process.

I applied for two positions and received invitations to take the first step for each role by providing video responses to a set of pre-listed questions. There are three chances to record the response you want to submit for each question. For the first role, I found out the next day that I didn’t advance, but for the second role, it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything. Plus the applicant portal is not working so I’m unable to track the status of my application.
