My phone interview went well and I was set to do a video interview. However, the recruiter gave me the wrong date and I sat in a Teams meeting for 25 minutes in an empty meeting room. I emailed her about it and she claimed responsibility for her mixing up the date and said she would get me rescheduled. I never heard from her again despite multiple emails to her and her team members. It was so unprofessional and gave me a bad impression of the company . Anthem needs to do better.

Typical question/answer to work situations/experience. Why good fit? Why left last work? Etc. Know company history. Be prepared for any testing. Explain what you could do to improve any processes.
Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
