First interview was with HR Recruiter, who asked basic questions. The next interview was a group interview that included the hiring manager, as well as four other members of the team. The next and final interview was with the boss of the hiring manager. It was a good experience.

Interviewed mostly by phone with those would be working directly for and with. In-person interviews were with people located in the Indianapolis office. For the most part, the interviewers explained about the company and the role and asked for my questions about the company, rather than asking for detailed information about my background.
