Elevar Equity interview questions

Initial Interview with HR followed by an extensive assignment process including (1) A detailed financial model prep along with ppt for presentation (2) A Pitch deck for one of its portfolio companies, including comps analysis (3) A Mettl assessment focused on quant and email writing. After the assessment, there would be a presentation, which might take forever as the company is very slow in responding and scheduling interview rounds (The first two stages alone could drag on for more than a month). You need to have a lot of patience, as the company would only give you a 72 hour window to complete all the three tasks (48 hours for #3) and then ghost you for more than 2 weeks. Thereafter, a couple of more interviews and you're done.
