It was very nice, I think you just have to know what you want and what is demanded of you, if you don't you will most likely be dissappointed. Although I didn't get in because of a mistake in my assessment phase, but the whole process is ok to me.

The CEO insists on interviewing every candidate himself despite his inability to show up on time for the interviews. He insists that you stay on the meeting room for as much as even 40 minutes waiting for him. Red flags of a micromanager. He describes the place as boutique owned. He expects you to momerize a very long job description and reproduce it during the interview and if you can't some reason reproduce any part of it he consideres important he simply concludes you didn't go through it and that you have shallow knowledge of what the job requires
