Ellmount interview questions

The whole process was just a 30-minute call with someone that had NO experience in the iGaming industry, had NO idea how to assess my skills, had NO idea what the position I was applying actually does in a Gambling company. He was just a consultant on legal matters. Obviously I didn't make it through to the second phase which is not really the problem here. But it makes you wonder, who the hell nominates these people and puts them in positions of conducting interviews and deciding the possible career paths of skilled individuals that are actually passionate about this industry. All in all, a really AMATEUR way to do business.
