      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ellucian (Denver, CO) in Sep 2016

      Interview

Numerous phone interviews, all were focused on my background and how I look at things. It was as much trying to be sure I was a fit with them as they were a fit with me. Overall, very appropriate and positive, although there were quite a few. Coordination happened quickly, so it wasn't too long in between conversations.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ellucian (Fairfax, VA) in May 2016

      Interview

Talked to hiring manager (a VP), three other VPs, the SVP of the group, and then the team. Most of this was done over the phone or via video chat. A lot of the discussion focused on my skill set and leadership experience. Also had questions about my higher education experience and market knowledge.
