HR was very positive and prompt in the beginning. In the beginning itself I informed him again again that my day to day work in more on the coding side, not on AWS or CICD side, but I have intermediate knowledge on these. He said, I would be evaluated completely on my understanding and coding skill. Then he sent a hackerrank link, completed it. Next there was a technical round with another Lead Software Developer, which went well. Next there was a technical round with the architects, it seemed to me they were very pleased with my answers, they were asking me how would I approach to learn more on the hands on AWS and CICD side. I felt very positive end of this round. But post that I didn't get any feedback call from HR, when I made a follow up call next week, HR informed he didn't receive any feedback - US team members (architects) were on leave, next week again I called to follow up and he informed that I was very good at coding but average on the CICD/AWS side. I asked the HR, but I informed about it in the very beginning, he told me, yeah, I also told them, but they were not ok with it.
