5 Rounds of Interviews .I was communicated by the HR that Once 4 rounds are clear (which I believe is the case else 5th round would not have happened) the last round is more of a formality...... Well , as it turned out - 5th round was the most crucial one. Again not delving too much into this as every round has a lot of significance
After the rounds were over and Upon approaching the HR after 2 days, was further communicated that detailed feedback would be provided in 2 days - that never happened. I was further informed that decision on my selection would be taken in 2 weeks. Called again after about 2 weeks - call was not picked up and did not get a callback either
Getting selected or rejected is part of the interview process - absolutely fine. Candidate(s) can still have an enriching experience if the whole process is handled with succinct communication and professionalism (esp. dealing with very senior guys). Remember its these experiences that are carried in the longer run........ Summarily this reflects on the overall impression that one carries of the Organization
