Elm Street Bakery interview questions

Very informal, but comfortable interview situation. It was a sit-down interview with the manager, very predictable for the kind of job. Part of the interview involved a walk around of the front end of the business, as well as a general description of what the business does so I had a good idea of what type of business it was.
