First of all they conducted an online test which was quite challenging. Then the shortlisted candidates were called to their branch for interview. They were generally taking 1 interview but some of us were called twice.

I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Elmex Controls Pvt. (Vadodara) in May 2012

Interview

Invite applications from local references on the vacant position. Concern manager first take interview. On successful recommendation, candidate will have to appear to the CEO/MD of the company. Then HR Dept will take care on negotiation and other verification. On mutual acceptance the Appointment letter is issued in 3/4 days time.
