Interview
The interview process was a complete waste of my time. I had a second round interview with Rhamin, the director of sales, and it was nothing short of abysmal. There was confusion before the interview even started as he had thought I had already interviewed with one of his colleagues which changed the entire scope of the interview. He proceeded to tell me the interview was going to be 30 minutes and it ended up only being 10…
He didn’t ask me any questions relating to my competency or any transferable skills that could have been related to the role. We didn’t even go over what my day to day would be or what the position specifically entails. I took time away from work and my day to make the effort to interview with a company that I thought was notable only to be proven wrong. I even sent a follow up email to my recruiter to express my frustrations with my interviewer in which they responded stating that another manager will be reaching out to me to follow up on my experience and that never happened. I have over 10 years of employment history and I have never came across such a lazy and disinterested group of ppl. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Interview
After 3 rounds of interviews they rejected me as they realized that "we are looking for experience that is more closely aligned with our job description". I assume they should've known it not after the final interview.
3 interviews - manager, hr, hiring manager
straight-forward questions from manager and hr.
hiring manager (head of sales) was late, joint the call with no camera and with lots of noise on the background...and had only 10-15 min out of 30 booked minutes.
sales interview was weird as the head of sales asked 1-2 quick (and general) questions. had no much interest in talking to me. i assume that he wanted to finish the call asap.
