Human resources contact me after the online application and invited for an online interview. Online interview lasted around an hour. I was asked to prepare a 15 minutes of presentation. The topics to be included in the presentation was emailed. In the online interview, there were two employees. Energy policy questions were asked addition to the data analysis discussion.

CV - Online Apt test - Excel Test Online tests were all easy. Excel test requires only basic functions. I did not have to turn on my cameras while doing the test. But there was a time limit.
