The interview process started out with speaking to a recruiter for the company. After learning about the role with the recruiter, I went ahead with another interview with the hiring manager. I asked if there would be any coding assessments in the next round of interviews and was told by the hiring manager that there would be none, and I would simply be asked questions; however, in the next FOUR interviews (Am I interviewing for the CEO position?), I was given a coding exercise to do with the interviewer TWICE on SDK (Software Development Kit) development. I repeatedly mentioned during the first and second interview that I did not have experience with building SDKs, but that I had strong experience with Dart and Flutter and was a very fast learner. They said this was okay but kept asking me questions about building out SDKs. After the last interview, the hiring manager mentioned he would get back to me the following Wednesday but never did. Overall, I would not recommend interviewing with Embrace because they seem very disorganized and will waste your time with several interviews. Communication also seems to be non existent between the team and manager since my interviews were not what I was told they would be.
