Embross interview questions

Went through 3 rounds of interview, first with the head of Software Development, second round with the Solutions Architect and a Java developer and the third round with a VP of Software Development. First interview was in person, 30 min to 1h of talking. Second interview was online, with a small java coding test, and 2h with the local architect. I though it went well because I got a third interview with the VP that was also online. It has been more than 2 months with no answer since my third interview. No more answering to my emails , not even a consideration email to say that they choose somebody else. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
